Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our specimens, all sales are final. Please review all photos, videos upon request, descriptions, and weights before purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged or materially differs from its listing, please contact The Agate Reserve within 24hrs of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

Agates are natural specimens and may contain pits, fractures, inclusions, host rock, mineral staining, surface irregularities, or other naturally occurring features. These characteristics are considered part of the specimen unless specifically described as damaged prior.
